How It Works:

If your dog doesn’t enjoy their BERNIE’S dry food, we’ll give you a full refund or help you choose an alternative recipe. Terms and conditions apply:

1. The Happiness Guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of one 2kg or 2.5kg bag of dry kibble.

2. Refunds are limited to one bag per household.

3. The returned product must include at least 75% of the original contents in its original packaging.

   This guarantee is only available to customers living in the United Kingdom and for purchases made online, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
